Supervise and coordinates activities of dining room employees engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to diners.
Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with the reference to establish rules and policies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
2.Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.
3.Escorts customers to their tables.
4.Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
5.Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct
any problems.
6.Serve food and/or beverage to customers, prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as
required.
