Executive, Customer Service – Star Media Group – Selangor

Job Description
Handle all enquiries via calls, emails, letters and fax on products, packages, payment methods and basic technical support.
Assist subscribers with on subscription related matters involving ePaper and newspaper bundle, ePaper standalone, magazines and school subscriptions.
Build rapport with customers to be better able to cater to their needs.
Ensures timely communication/response to customers, including calls back, taking messages and sending faxes within the committed time frame.
Maintain good telephone etiquette and modulate the pitch so that a customer feels good about the call.
Record complaints and customer feedback of product or services, and follow-up through to resolution, including escalated cases.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features

Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field
Strong writing and speaking skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
