We are looking for part timers to look after an event and taking care the client. Average working days are 3-4 days in a week (mostly weekdays) and working hours will depend on the event. The person in charge is required to travel to the venue which take places in hotels/resorts in peninsular.
Responsibilities:
To look after events (corporate/training/team building)
To act as liaison person between client and hotel
Handling registration, check in and check out process and related
To ensure programme runs smoothly
Ensure food quality and quantity for client
Be on standby to assist client
Requirements:
21 to 35 years old
Fresh graduates are most welcomed
Non-experienced / have knowledge / Experienced in F&B / Banquet / Hospitality Industry is welcome
Hoteliers / ex-hoteliers encouraged
Friendly / Courteous / Customer Service Oriented
