JOB DETAILS
– Manages e-commerce platforms accounts (i.e.: Zalora, Lazada, Shopee and etc) – Product uploading and management – Manage price competitiveness – Stock and inventory management for e-commerce products (e.g: stock expiry dates, stock quantity, stock replenishment, etc) – Manage & join campaigns on each sales platform – Manage customer complaints/return/refund process – Oversee the order fulfillment for received orders and coordinate with operations team to resolve in case of any issues. – Attend to customer chats and enquiry provide information and solution – Opportunity to be a part of purchasing team in managing retail business – Administration task and Adhoc by management. – Prepare report, analysis and summary to the management
