Job Summary: 12 to 24 Months Contract/ 12 hingga 24 bulan Kontrak

Education and Experience
– SPM, STPM and Diploma holder are encouraged to apply.
– Proficient in typing skills and relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
– Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Enter data from source documents/image into
prescribed computer database, files and forms
*Masukkan data daripada dokumen/imaj sumber ke
dalam pangkalan data yang ditetapkan
komputer, fail dan borang-borang
2) Prepare, compile and sort documents/image for
data entry.
* Menyedia, menyusun dan menyusun
dokumen-dokumen/imaj untuk kemasukan data.
3) Check source documents/image for accuracy.
* Semak dokumen sumber untuk ketepatan
4) Verify data and correct data where necessary.
* Mengesahkan data dan data yang betul di mana
perlu.
5) Obtain further information for incomplete
documents/image.
* Dapatkan maklumat lanjut dokumen yang tidak
lengkap.
6) Transcribe information into required
electronic format.
*Mentranskripsikan maklumat ke dalam format
elektronik diperlukan.
7) Scan documents into application management
systems or databases.
*Scan dokumen ke dalam sistem aplikasi atau
pangkalan data.
8) Correct scan images for skew and alignment
* Imej imbasan betul untuk condong dan penjajaran
9) Store completed documents in designated
locations.
* Simpan siap dokumen dalam lokasi yang ditetapkan
10) Maintain logbooks or records of activities
and tasks.
* Mengekalkan buku log atau rekod aktiviti dan
tugas.
11) To meet assigned performance target
* Bagi memenuhi sasaran prestasi yang ditetapkan
