• Handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions & inquiries about package pick-up & deliveries. • Promote and respond to questions about the Client’s products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls or email. • Resolve customers’ complaints as and when needed over the phone and/ or by email.
