Customer Service Representative – Kuala Lumpur – Gorgeous Fitness Sdn Bhd

The customer service representative is responsible for providing customer service support to the club members and guests; contribute to running a clean, friendly and well maintained club, and executing the team member basics of being on time and complying with dress code.

Job Responsibilities:
• To assist members in their requirements during their stay in the club.
• Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of members daily.
• Answer phone and handle the members and guest enquiries regarding the company’s products and services professionally.
• Diligently follow up and fulfill promises made to members and be able to diplomatically manage confrontation.
• Maintain good customer relationships with members and be able to establish oneself in a Professional, Ethical and Respectful manner at all times.
• Adhere strictly to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Must be willing to learn and promote renewal of membership to our members.

Job Requirements:
• Must possess at least a SPM or Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and reliable.
• Must be willing to work on shifts including weekends and holidays.
