Handling inbound and out-bound calls with the customers.
Customer Service Representative:

1. Handling incoming call & outbound call with customers.
2. Basic in CRM, advance in Microsoft Office & computer literacy.
3. Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Age between : 21 – 30 years old (Female or Male).
5. Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM).
6. Benefits: AIA medical card & other.
7. Willing to travel to Bangsar, Mid Valley.
8. Immediate vacancy.
9. Education level: Diploma and above.
10. Salary : RM 2,100.00
11. Able to start work immediately.
