Customer Service Professional – Penang – AP Millennium Consultants

JOB SUMMARY
• To attend to subscriber’s applications, enquiries and complaints
• To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner
• To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion and packages,
inquiries, billing and etc according to specified practice and procedure
2. Educating and perform cross sales for TM product and promotions
3. Ensure comprehensive information is captured on internal system so that a colleague can
understand what occurred and been agreed on the call
4. To provide accurate information/solution/service with excellent telephone courtesy
5. Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO9001 & TMBEA

Minimum academic qualification:
a) MQA certified Diploma or Degree from any IPTA or IPTS (any discipline).
b) SPM, STPM & Certificate ( Only required candidates that have experience background in customer services field with min 3 years’ experience)
Candidates are required to provide with completed scroll and academic transcript during interview session.
2. Single is preferred.
3. Staying in Penang Island or nearby area in mainland (Seberang Perai) only.
4. Highly interested in customer service and dealing with people.
5. Possess clear vocal intonation, pleasant & positive attitude, computer literate, medium ability in typing (25 wpm) and able to converse in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
6. Must be willing to serve their service for at least 6 months period.
7. Excellent health status including good hearing ability.
