Role: Customer Service Officer -Work Place: Intermark, KL (Nearby LRT Ampang Park Station) -Employment Type: Permanent (Entitled for all permanent staff’s benefits) -Package: a)Basic Salary: (Based on experience & to be approved by UOB’s management) Fresh Degree Graduates: RM2700 Minimum 1-3 years of inbound contact center experience: Up to RM3,300 4 years and above experiences in the inbound contact center: Up to RM3800 b)KPI Incentive: Up to RM2,200 – (Paid on a quarterly basis) c)Shift Allowances: Up to RM450 per month based on the shifts -Probation period: 6 months (RM500 completion bonus – 1 time payment) IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN EMPLOYEE BOND BETWEEN YOURSELF AND UOB SHALL YOU BE SHORTLISTED FOR THIS ROLE BY UOB and YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE OFFER. ACCORDING TO THE BOND, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY IN THIS JOB FOR A MINIMUM 6 MONTHS, IN THE EVENT YOU RESIGN BEFORE 6 MONTHS, YOU SHALL PAY A PENALTY OF RM2,500 TO UOB. -Work
