• Support the company’s Customer Care various interaction channels (Calls / Emails / Chats)
• Provide support to Dealers/Branches – troubleshooting and queries
• Follow up with customer’s support requests in a timely manner from general inquiry totechnical assistance.
• Data Entry when necessary
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (Petaling Jaya/Sri Petaling).
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Must be able to work shifts, Mondays to Sundays.
