Customer Service Executive – Selangor – Brandt International Sdn Bhd

Customer Service Executive – able to work on 24/7 rotation shift, minimum SPM with 2 years of solid experience in call center.
Working location: Sunway Pinnacle, Petaling Jaya
Working hours: Rotation shift 24/7, 5 days a week
Basic salary range: RM2500 – RM3700 (following education and experience)
Additional allowance: Shift allowance, overtime

Responsibilities:
To attend inbound calls / email / live chat – inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution

Requirements:
Malaysian, minimum SPM with 2 years and above solid experience in call center
Age between 21 to 40 years old
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work with 24/7 rotation shift including weekends and public holidays
