JOB DETAILS
Job Scope: – Manage and monitor daily shipments and update customers for all deliveries timely – Assist & support smooth running of daily operation job – Dealing with vendors & customers on shipments follow up – Ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner – Liaise with all parties for shipments arrangements and handle complaints via emails or phone. – Handle costing, billing documentation and payment for shipments. – Manage the necessary documentation for import and export activities. Requirement: – At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. – Good communication and written skills especially in English & local dialect will be advantage – Strong persuasiveness, patience, persistence skills – Candidate must be able to work independently, self motivated and discipline – Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage – Computer literate – Candidate must
