JOB DETAILS
Job Description: • Assist the Sales team in preparation of Quotations, follow up on enquiries or complaints. • To efficiently providing efficient customer service by advising delivery status, order status and etc. as per standard set by the company. • Able to work independently in collaborating with factory and overseas customers regarding shipment/order and complaints. • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested • To work with sales department in achieving targeted monthly invoice sales set by management. • To ensure proper documentation filing for reference when required. • To log in customer orders by ensuring proper documentation & margins within the same working day. • To check & review on all sales order, delivery arrangement and billing comply with company policy. • P
