Customer Service cum Personal Assistant – Kuala Lumpur – JIN Sdn Bhd

– Attend to customer service related request of enquiries through multiple off-line and on-line channels in a timely and proficiently manner.
– Ensure customer requests, enquiries or complaints are attended to in accordance of ISO Standard.
– Thorough & efficient customer information gathering and document the interaction within.
– Conduct yearly customer service survey and provide analysis reports.
– Communicate directly with customers by every source of channels.
– Maintain customer database and account.
– Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned and required by Director.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U.
– Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese. (English is a MUST) – Must have good communication skills.
– Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
– Applicant must be willing to work in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
– Relevant skills and experience will be an added advantage, exp good command in writing and speaking for Japanese Language.

Other information:
– Permanent position.
– Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm).
– 5 working days per week.
– Parking & Medical Allowance.
– EPF and SOCSO provided.
– Hair removal treatment provided (For Female ONLY).
