CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR – Morrison Express (M) Sdn Bhd – Selangor

JOB DETAILS
Job Responsibilities: – Handle Global Account and all the related operation activities – Manage and update the shipment data into MEC One system – Manage and input all the missing milestone into MEC ONE daily without failure – Liaise with all the MEC branches and agents on daily booking, documents and etc. – Prepare Switch B/L, shipping instruction and manifest submission. – Ensure to send a pre-alert to agent and communicate with oversea offices and customer on shipment arrangement. – Prepare billing against Sales quotation and tally with the RFQ rate. – Ensure the cost is tally and accurate for each of the shipment moved. – Ensure on time delivery documents / invoices to customer. – Assist customer personnel to solve the problems and provide quality services to client. – Settle and handle customers’ complaints and specific requirements. – Responsible for monitoring and following up for shipments: i. v/ Order processing. ii. Shipments monitoring and follow-up. iii. Generate and provide timely report as per customer’s requirements. – Weekly billing report (BSR) on every Tuesday using Ansell Excel format by manual. – Send SOA & accrual list on every month end, attach all the documents such as BL, inv /packing list via email to Ansell upon SOA submission for each of the billing – Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy, and correctness of assigned job functions. – Any additional task assigned by superior. Job Requirements: – At least a diploma holder or equivalent. – Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry. – Computer literate.
