JOB DETAILS
1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries 2. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution 4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 6. Handling some administrative works, data entry, records keeping, preparation of Health Check report and Support Contract, conduct customer survey 7. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously 8. To attend to visitor/guest/client professionally 9. To in-charge and monitor daily postal and courier service 10. To coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and maintenance 11. Assist Admin department in daily operations (stationery, pantry supplies, laundry, etc)
