We are looking for a corporate lawyer to join our practice and to expand our portfolio of corporate, commercial and fintech work.

Qualifications and Requirements:1

* Min CGPA of 3.40 or 2nd Upper Class LLB.
* 3 – 5 years experience in handling corporate and commercial matters
* Able to handle corporate matters including corporate agreements, incorporation, advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Fintech experience is an advantage.
* Well versed in Malaysian company law with a practical business sense
* Meticulous, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Leadership qualities, an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent (spoken and written) in English, Chinese and Malay.
