Job Description:
1) Able to work independently for sub-sale loan / SPA documentation independently.
2) With at least 3 years and above experiences in subsale conveyancing files.
3) Fluent in english and bm is a must
4) 5 working days per week.

Qualifications and Requirements
1) With at least 5 years portfolio in Conveyancing Subsales file
2) Familiar with Loan Documentation for our panel bank such as CIMB, PBB, UOB, RHB, OCBC etc..
3) Fluent in English, BM and Chinese
4) Have a good attitude and accountability towards the position
5) Able to complete all the task in the given timeline with the minimum supervision
