Job Description:• Assists partners in loan documentation and conveyancing matters
• Handle sale and purchase agreements and clerical task independently inclusive of adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration and other related matters
• Maintain and update files status on firm’s system
• Minimum 1-year experience

Qualifications and Requirements:• Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision;
• Must have strong desire to learn;
• Must possess strong client relationship skills;
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Must be computer literate;
• Capable of multitasking;
• Can be a team player;
• Immediate vacancy
