Prepare SPA, banking documentation and other conveyancing related documents
Prepare correspondence letters and documentation relates to conveyancing process
Maintain and update file status and systematic filing system
Daily administrative work
Liaising with clients on documentation processing
Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum SPM
Preferably 1-2 years working experience in Conveyancing practice area
PC literate (MS Word/Excel/PDF)
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Work independently with minimum supervision
Positive working attitude, highly self motivated, a team player and willing to multi task
