JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing and attending to legal documentations relating to conveyancing matters and loan documentations at lawyer firm
Experience in handling conveyancing matters.
To attend conveyancing matters i.e sale & purchase agreement for developer’s & sub-sale, auction, bank loan/financing documentation (Islamic), LPPSA housing facility, tenancy and any other matters related.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written & spoken
– Willing to work closely as a team, punctual and able to learn a new skills and new things.
– Good and Positive attitude, honest, highly motivated, proactive, initiative, responsible,
hardworking, meticulous in documentations & paper works and patience personality
– Proficient in Microsoft Office use, computer software skills and computer systems.
