At USJ CYCLES, we are passionate about cycling & deliver best user experience. We are looking to expand our team with vacancies below:

1. Shop Assistant (Full-time)
2. Shop Assistant (Part-time)
3. Bike Mechanic (Full-time)
Salary Range:
Full-time : RM 2,400 – RM 4,200 (6-day a week, off on Tues)
Part-time : RM 80 – RM 110 per day (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

Working Hours : 11am – 8pm (1-hour break)

Experience : Minimum with 3 years of working experience for full-time
Qualification : SPM / STPM / College / University / Fresh Graduates
Age Range : 26 – 40

Job Scope :
1. Shop Assistant
– Attending and providing sales services to customers
– Giving advice and guidance on bicycle selection to customers
– Product demonstration and education
– Keeping the store tidy and clean
– Stock-keeping, packing and data entry
– Support daily shop operations

2. Service Mechanic
– Bicycle installation
– Perform bicycle repair, maintenance and walk-in services as needed
– Maintain a clean working environment
– Deliver professional, accessible and helpful customer service to customer
– Support daily bike shop operations

Requirements :
– Passionate about cycling or sports
– Knowledge of bicycle will be added value
– Preferably working experience in retail industry (I.e. Sales promoter)
– Independent and responsible work attitude (A MUST)
– Must be helpful and polite
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
– At least work with us for 6 months (for part-time)
