Job Description: – Deliver warm and personable customer service. – Understand clients’ needs and offer expert advice on makeup products that best suit their needs. – Strive to achieve both individual and team sales targets. – Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: – Flexible availability to work during retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays). – Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent client service and communication skills. – Display a genuine passion for selling cosmetic and beauty products. – Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu. – Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
