EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Manage bookings – via phone calls / emails and keeping an update log / record of bookings.
· Manage free flow F&B quantity, record consumption for cost tracking purposes, manage inventory.
· Manage facilities including but not limited to: coffee machine, fridge, kitchen appliances etc – including scheduled maintenance.
· Manage / supervise cleanliness standards of facilities and rooms, ensure immediate cleaning services as required.
· Manage through KLCC, building upkeep, maintenance of property facilities i.e. aircond / lighting etc as necessary.
· Attend to users and guests and any requests, inquiries from users / external parties as necessary in a professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree, Diploma in any related fields such as Hospitality, Customer Relations, Secretarial, Guest Services Dll.
· 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Relations or Secretarial, Guest Services.
· Well-groomed with pleasant personality.
· Excellent command in both spoken & written English.
