At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required of this position;
– Able to write and communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
– Service & product incentives provided; and
– High motivated, excellent team and driven to achieve targets.
– Deal directly with customers via telephone, electronically or face to face;
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
– Handle customer feedback, provide necessary support by obtaining and evaluating relevant information;
– Process order and booking by customer; and
– Eventing support when required.
