1. Assisting Administration & Finance, e.g. DO & Inv, documents filing & tracking, stock count and marketplace statement analysis. 2. Providing administration support in Sales & Marketing projects, e.g. Vendor Registration & Leads. 3. Assisting product purchase, shipment, arrival & delivery. 4. Supporting Production project, e.g. Product SKU creation, order fulfillment & processes. 5. Assisting in planning and arranging company activities & events. 6. Data Entry and dealing with email enquiries. 7. Customer Services & answer and direct phone calls. 8. Resolve administrative problems. Requirements 1. Self-motivated, hardworking. 2. Ability to multitask and take initiative. 3. No work experience required. 4. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. STPM/SPM (18 – 21 years old).
