Admin Clerk – Selangor – TK Success Sdn Bhd

1) Generate, monitor and support administration billings and collection.
2) Maintain records for petty cash and ensure completeness of official receipts/bank in slips,
Regular submission of daily collection report
3) Handling of quotations, delivery orders, invoices, UBS experience admin tasks
1) Min Diploma in any related discipline LCCI or Business Admin
2) Min 3 year of related working experience
3) Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures & systems such as filing & record keeping
4) Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
5) A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude
6) Experience in hygiene fields is an added advantage
7) Experience with UBS system is a must.
8) Language spoken English and Bahasa Melayu

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday 9.00am – 2.00pm

Basic salary + OT + EPF + SOCSO
