Admin Clerk – Selangor – Dalal Technology Sdn Bhd

Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
• To handle general office administration and general HR clerical
• To handle all HR activities including recruitment, leave records, staff attendance and others.
• Typing/prepare letters, reports, memo, notice, correspondence and other related
documents.
• Take a minutes at meeting and distribute minutes.
• To manage proper filling and documentation work.
• To undertake ad-hoc assignments when required by the immediate superior / management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:-
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Post graduate Diploma in Business Admin/ office Management.
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Female, ages 21-27 years old.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate, MS Office.
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines & demands and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law will be an added advantage.
