A building engineering consulting company that provides professional acoustical consulting services, which includes noise and vibration analysis and control; and audio visual consulting services specialising in all areas of electro-acoustic design such as sound reinforcement, video/data projection, specialist lighting and rigging systems, various interpretation and communication systems, audio-video conferencing and many other audio and visual related fields. This engineering trade is a very rare engineering profession in Malaysia, with only a few other companies practicing similar operations in Malaysia. This specialized trade is well sort after in the developed countries.
Responsibilities
To assist director in day to day company’s administrative operations.
To manage the company’s clerical tasks such as typing, filling & paper works.
To build a good relationship with customers, supplier and co-staff.
To handle inbound and outbound calls.
To initiate contact with clients.
To update company’s database.
To monitor the sales, purchase, delivery and others company’s activities
To attend to any personal matters for the company’s director.
As when necessary assist the technical staff for data entry services.
Requirements
SPM and above
Female candidates only
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Able to work independently
High interest to learn and progress
Posses own transport, will be an added advantage
May start work immediately
Salary
RM 900.00(onwards) for probation & would increment am upon confirmation based on performance exhibited.
