o To manage the conference and training workshop proceedings
o Work as a team in ensuring the success of training workshop and conferences.
o To make arrangement of all logistics i.e. hotel booking, coverage for speaker’s travel and accommodation, & etc.
o To liaise with hotel to ensure the smooth running of the workshop/conference.
o To manage on the company office facilities management
o To assist Operation Manager and Senior in other related works
Job Requirement
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Management, Hospitality/ Hotel Management, or any equivalent.
• Required skill(s): communication skill, management skill, negotiation skill, administration duties
• ONE year working experience in the training industry is an added advantage
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Applicant should be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to start immediately
Salary: RM 1 500 per month
