Admin Assistant – Penang – Pn E-Shine Sdn Bhd

5 working days from 9am – 6pm.
(need to stay back if any meeting or come on weekend if any activity)
– Assist in the daily operation and administration of the office.
– Handle agents & customers enquiry and payment.
– Prepare progress report & presentation slide for weekly meeting.
– Female aged below 30.
– Candidate must possess at least a /SPM/”O”/Diploma/Degree Level, in any field.
– Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
– Able to converse and write in English & Chinese.
– Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Pleasant good attitude, friendly, independent and presentable.
– Possess own transport
