Admin Assistant – Kuala Lumpur – ITServices Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities:
• To handle daily submission of sub-contractor claims for Job completed by sub-contractors;
• To update all claims submitted by sub-contractors into system;
• To compile all claims submitted by sub-contractors and arrange submission of claims to Customer for payment;
• To communicate with sub-contractors to ensure claims is submitted within stipulated period and to resolve any issues or problem about claims;
• To communicate with customers to resolve any issue or problem arise for submission of claims for payment;
• To organise and maintain proper filing for all claims and any related documents;
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

Requirements:
• Possess Diploma in Business Study, Finance and equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Must be good with using computer (MS Office, Microsoft Word & Excel);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;

Job Info:
Salary: RM 1 500 per month
