Job Description:
* Record total daily order from SP email.
* Analysis order – record total of done and return job from coordinator report.
* Record total daily order by sub-contractor and by exchange.
* Import order from SP and sub-contractor email to CRM format every day.
* Re-check list SAF Form by SP.
* Performing administrative duties
* Filling important files
* Back-up Operations colleague when on leave.
* Assist day-to-day administrative and Human Resource matters including monitoring of deadlines.
* Attend to incoming and outgoing calls, emails and faxes.
* Manage and maintain filing system for smooth document retrieval.
* To assist in preparation of reports, presentation materials, proposals, quotations etc.
* Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administrative or Human Resources.
• Required language : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
