Front Office
– Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
– Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
– Reply to general information requests with the accurate information.
– Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
– To assist in monitoring the security of the company by monitoring the visitors accesses.
– Ensure that front office area is neatly arranged, clean and tidy.
Office Administration
– Use word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare memos, and documents.
– Managing stationery, photocopy equipment and office supplies.
– Sort incoming mail, faxes and courier deliveries for distribution.
– Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail and courier parcels.
– Provide secretarial and administrative support to immediate superior.
– Generate and filing all administrative documents.
– Assists in company events and activities as and when required that related to the job scope.
