Admin Assistant – Johor – Planet Group (Johor) Sdn Bhd

Oversee bills payments such as utilities, maintenance etc.
Arrange courier documents & parcels.
Handle internal purchases such as stationery etc.
Handle general enquiries via telephones, email post.
Assist Executives in paperworks.
Ad-hoc tasks such as filing, documentation etc

Must be able to start on short notice(less than 1 month)

Female
Aged 21 & above
Minimum SPM/related certificate.
Working experience at least 1 year in administration position.
Knowledge in MS Office
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Independent & have attention for details.
Must have transport.
Currently based in Skudai, but middle of next year will move to SILC,Nusajaya
Salary varied according to qualification & experience. RM1.5k is the minimum range.
Experience in accounts/purchase/invoicing will be added advantage.
