We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to support our Service Coordinating team.
The successful candidate must be a fast learner and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. Able to think outside of the box and quick to act.
Attend incoming calls and email enquiries
Liaise with customers via phone & email for inspections, service appointments and arrangement
Create service schedule for customers
Vehicle route optimization
Manage technician schedules & service board
Manage service online calendar
Handle Operations Teams’ schedule and ensure the Operations Teams complete the job as per scheduled
Issue and manage technician service cards
Check service cards with service reports and file accordingly
Upload and manage photo images taken daily by technicians
Handle data entry job
Departmental Reporting
Accouting & Data entries into SQL Accouting System
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
STPM or Diploma Equivalent
