1. Minimum SPM
2. Must be familiar with clerical jobs such as typing, filing, answering incoming calls, and some accounts jobs.
3. Must have at least 2 years working experiences.
4. Female candidates are preferred.
1. Typing all sorts of office document such as minutes of meeting, correspondence, quotation, proposal etc. for Director and General Manager.
2. Make sure all the office infrastructure in good condition.
3. Make sure all kinds of stationery, brochures and product samples for marketing have stock.
4. Help production & accounts department do their documentation when necessary.
5. Other normal clerical works.
6. In charge of UBS Inventory.
