3. Must be able to speak & write well in Malay & English.

Job Description :
1. To provide point of contact for all visitors, members, subcontractors and suppliers when entering the Club office.
2. To answer telephone, emails and fax correspondence as required.
3. To maintain all records, both online and offline, including database as required.
4. To enter purchase and invoice data into MYOB system and maintain accounting records.
5. To ensure records are kept up to date.
6. To ensure the water, electricity and fuel usage records are kept up to date.
7. To assist in ensuring all safety aspects of office operations are adhered to.
8. To do banking duties as required.
9. To operate office machinery as required.
10. To liaise with postal and courier services for delivery and sending of correspondence and packages.
11. To process all membership applications.
12. To oversee the monthly statement processing and issue to ensure members statements are dispatched accurately and on time.
13. To collect and record receipt of monies and payments form members as required.
