Attend phone on flight booking/reservation, hotel booking for all corporate clients.
-Assist clients for visa application for necessary country.-
-Preparation of Refund Requisition, Invoices, Monitoring invoices, etc.-
-Provide best in class service and manage the travel requirements
Responsibilities:-
-Prepare fare quotation and itinerary in compliance to customer’s policies
-Handling of International & Domestic’s enquiries for airlines reservation & ticketing
-Handling hotel/car/tours/insurance’s enquiries and reservation
-Work closely with internal customer to ensure comply with ticketing requirement
-Provide full traveller and transaction services to corporate client
-Visa advice and invoicing
-Handling day-to-day ad-hoc task
Requirement:-
-Minimum Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management and/or equivalent
-Knowledge on Abacus/ Amadeus/ Galileo System for reservation & ticketing issuance
-Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
-IATA/UFTAA certificate will be an added advantage
-Computer & internet , typing skill and Microsoft Office Application.
