Possess at least Diploma in related field
-Below 25 years old
-Less than 1 year experience
-Hardworking, honest and can work under pressure
-Can speak, read & write English & Malay
-Salary RM2200++ (including fixed allowance) based on experience & qualification
-EPF, SOCSO, accommodation
-Answer telephone calls from potential customers
-Provide information to caller
-Direct caller to the right line (person in charge)
-Documents every transaction call by completing record logs and prepare reports
-Undertake any related duties as might be required
