We are roofing material supplier company located at Taman Ibu Kota, Setapak seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the position as above:

Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients at all levels and variety of professional including architect (requirements and satisfactions)
2. To assist, oversee and supervise site projects, materials inspections, delivery and manpower of the project.
3. Attend project meeting, provide progress and technical report.
4. Prepare and verify technical drawing and plans.
5. Draft plans and details drawings structure for BQ and quotation preparation.
6. Exhibit leadership skills in project management, contract administration and implementation as well as financial management.
7. Perform any other task as and when required.

Qualifications:
1. Male only.
2. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveyor or Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Surveyor.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in related works.
4. Experience in roofing industry will an added advantage.
5. Good knowledge in Construction Contract and Risk Management.
6. Excellence verbal and written communication
7. Required language (s) : Malay, English
8. Required skill (s) : MS Office, MS Project, Auto Cad, SketchUp
9. Good work ethics.
10. Result oriented, proactive and able to adapt to work requirements and responsibilities.
11. Able to work under pressure and independently.
12. Posses own transport.

Salary: negotiable depend on your experience.
