Jobs Description:
• Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets
• Select, manage, and develop a high performing team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team
members
• Drive alignment/consistency/accountability/cohesive people practices, sales activities.
• Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in
sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction
• Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff
• Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of call center sales representatives
• Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets
• Teach best practices and drive enrollments
• Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff both real time and through monitoring
phone calls
• Meet regularly with Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the
team
• Work individually with Sales Reps to educate them on the Customer-Focused Selling model
• Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales
Reps
• Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback
• Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
• Work to improve the sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
• Develop staff development programs such as skills enhancement trainings and sessions.
• Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.
• Sending periodic reports to upper management and attend the meeting if required.
• Deal with all customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner making sure you remain calm and helpful to reach, whenever possible, a mutually agreeable solution
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma Holder/SPM or equivalent.
• Preferably 3 years of related working experience.
• Malaysian Only
• Age between 25 till 30
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales revenue as a result of a team leadership initiatives
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
