• To handle all customers’ orders and deliveries. • To develop business opportunity with potential & existing customers. • Aggressively market and promote company’s products. • To conduct market research and brand creation. • Responsible for prospecting, managing and maintaining good relationship with customers to ensure customer’s satisfaction and loyalty with aim of growing sales. • In charge of marketing activities – in order to meet business targets. • Prepare regular reports and presentation on sales activities, performance and plans to maximize sales and increase market share. • Understand fully the range of products and able to explain the benefits to customers. • To be responsible for payment collection and credit recommendation. • To resolve customer complaints regarding products quality or service issues.
