Responsibilities:
• Issuing offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence
• Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads for hotel services and products, including responding to sales opportunities and converting them into sales
• Effective management and implementation of social media and web marketing, branding and communication strategies outlined by Sales & Marketing Manager
• Direct, end-to-end support and coordination with client and hotel teams for client functions and meetings
• Generating monthly reports and participating in preparation of sales and marketing action plans, attending sales meetings and developing new ideas for promotional activities undertaken by various hotel departments
• Strong and accurate communication with managers and other hotel executives
• Excellent organizational and computer skills required

Requirements:
• University Degree/Hotel School Degree/Diploma/STPM/SPM
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Ability to speak, write and converse in good level of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of other languages would be counted as advantage
• Candidate to fill this position must be highly independent, have good initiative and work flexibility
