Job Description – Responsible for training project planning, training project execution and training project review for OPPO mobile phones/tablets/headphones and other products. – Responsible for the localized development of product training materials, including product explanations, competitive analysis, sales skills. – Responsible for offline/online training courses for trainers/shopping guides based on specific training courses. – Responsible for the training and inspection of major markets, able to find and solve problems in product sales in a timely manner. – Responsible for mining, refining and internal sharing of excellent experience in various markets through interviews/questionnaires. Key Requirements – 2 to 5 years of retail training related experience, working experience in mobile phone and digital 3C industry is preferred. – Able to use Mandarin and English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing fluently. – Clear logic, fluent expressio
