Promotion and selling of company products by offering household attractive cleaning packages to customers – individual and corporate.

Able to meet potential clients – property owners, condominium managers, facility managers and etc.

Develop, plan, and execute effective marketing plans.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all marketing for company and activities within the marketing department.
Initiate, plan and develop marketing and communication strategies to drive sales in line with company marketing budget and sales objectives.
Manage and coordinate corporate identity, advertising, public relations, social media profiles, an online website.
Ensuring business KPI is met.
Maintaining and updating merchant database.
Writing reports as and when required.
Take up other duties as assigned.
Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
Reporting directly to CEO.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): Malay and English. (Chinese has an advantage)
Ability to work in fast pace environment & multi-task.
