Marketing Executive (Franchisee Support Division) 1. Delivering information to franchisee and ensure franchisee comply to company policy and schemes 2. Understand Franchisees business performance 3. Consult franchisee with appropriate business strategies 4. Report challenges of the franchisee to superior and get solution as soon as possible 5. Deliver franchisee request accordingly 6. Visit Franchisees minimum once in two months 7. Prepare marketing plan with franchisee and ensure they execute 8. Liaise with colleagues from different department to ensure franchisee’s business is running smooth 9. Prepare franchisees’ business report 10. Work over the weekend during peak season to support franchisees’ event
