RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Managing the day to day operation and administration of the branch that are assigned to you.
– To prepare report and develop a long term strategic plan for the organization and achieve target markets.
– Responsibilities for the Branch’s entire security operation day to day basis.
– Develop, implements and monitors policies, procedures and security practices compliance with those of Branch.
– Ensure effective management of the daily routine security job function.
– Hands-on operational experiences and developed skills in clientele handling and promotional work.
– To establish and implement marketing strategies to promote company services to achieve new sales.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Certificate / Diploma or Degree in other discipline or equivalent.
– Must have experiences in Security Services / Ex Arm force or equivalent with minimum or 5 years experience.
– Possess own transport
– Able to work with minimum supervision
– Age must 35 and above & MALE only
– Strong leadership quality skill with ability to engage in strategic thinking (out of the box)
– Be well presented with a professional manner (personality reflect Branch Manager)
– Physically and medically fit with no criminal record
– ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
