SALES:-
• Oversee effectiveness of cross-selling of Company’s products.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/guidelines as necessary.
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
• Achieve sales targets for the branch in credit card, personal financing, general insurance and other products/campaigns from time to time.
OPERATIONS:-
• Ensure all operational and administrative procedures are in compliance with internal / external policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure efficiency of communication, operation, administration and performance level between the counter service and HQ and strive to maintain the highest levels in all aspects of counter operations.
• Provides superior level of customer service and promotes sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Supervise branch personnel to ensure quality service levels to customers meet standards set.
• Provides leadership, training and supervision.
• Delegate the day-to-day operations to the respective Service Centre Officers and Clerks
• Ensure services rendered to customers comply with regulations and other guidelines from regulatory bodies.
• Attend to queries and questions on product features.
